Most of the paintings I listed have been painted by artisans, who live in the Andean Regions, in small villages like Chincheros, Cuzco and never took any painting lessons, but they learned from their fathers and I hope their sons and daughters will also learn from them! On the other hand you will find paintings like these from the Cuzcan School, created by very high level artist which use the antique techniques to preserve the colonial tradition.
